Paraglider injured above “V” in Centerville

Today, at 1500 DCSO responded to an emergency call of a 50-year-old male paraglider who crashed above Centerville.  The paraglider was in the air when something happened and he fell from over 1,000 feet, according to the patient.  Davis County Search and Rescue responded along with Life Flight air medics who hoisted the patient off the mountain.  The patient was conscious, breathing and alert during the rescue and flown to the University of Utah with serious injuries.
